If lacquered products are used for many years, especially those used to hold hot items such as bowls, both black and vermilion lacquered products will turn brown. Regarding this phenomenon, lacquer is a natural tree sap, and this phenomenon occurs depending on how often it is used.

Cracks and cracks can be repaired with lacquer and can be repaired in about 2 to 3 weeks to a month.

Bowls with wipe lacquer finish: 1,000 yen to 2,000 yen (varies depending on size and condition of item)
Obon: 3000 yen to 5000 yen ( )

Bowls with vermilion or black coating: 2,000 to 5,000 yen (varies depending on finish and size)
Obon: 4,000 yen to 10,000 yen (varies depending on finishing method and size)

② Sending repaired items

Once you have reviewed the estimate, please make the payment first.

Please send the repaired product to us. (Please pay the shipping fee and transfer fee separately.)

③Repair

Our craftsmen will carefully repaint each piece one by one. It will be completed in about 2-3 weeks to 1 month.

* Please note that depending on the condition of the lacquerware, we may not be able to make alterations.

④Delivery of repaired products

We will deliver it to the address you specify.
