2) Returns and exchanges due to negligence on the part of the store (erroneous delivery)

* Please note that if you return a return, exchange, or cancellation without contacting us, or if you decline to receive it, we may charge you the full amount of the product price and shipping fee (including the amount returned to each sales office → our shop).
